Italy - Bomarzo, Lazio

The Sacro Bosco in the Parco di Mostri. The park was created between 1522 and 1580 by Duke Vicino Orsini as a bizzare memorial to his late wife and contains strange statues and carvings of monsters, animals, mythical characters and lopsided buildings.
